Maintains resort and community grounds by mowing, edging, pruning, planting, weeding, watering, fertilizing, and removing debris. Performs light maintenance and repairs, including painting, caulking, filter changes, lock repairs, pool maintenance, minor HVAC work, and preventive maintenance. Prepares vacant lots for occupancy, operates landscaping equipment, reports safety concerns, supports special projects and resident activities, and drives for company business.

Provide administrative and customer-service support to the sales team: answer phones, greet customers, prepare flyers/signage, perform CRM entries, compose correspondence and reports, schedule meetings, take minutes, track budgets, organize listings, research data, and assist with open houses and vendor coordination as directed.
