Orders, schedules, receives, inspects, unloads, distributes, and inventories maintenance and construction materials and equipment. Maintains work orders, account numbers, files, cross-reference records, and monthly accounting documentation. Supports contract supervision and field operations, locates specialty equipment, assists operators, and follows workplace safety protocols in plant or construction-site settings.

Coordinates vendors, suppliers, construction teams, and procurement stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and vendor data. Monitors fabrication and manufacturing schedules, maintains expediting reports, resolves delivery discrepancies and logistical issues, communicates project hold points, evaluates supplier performance, and reports delivery status during project meetings. Requires at least three years of experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and attention to complex project details.

Supports construction equipment fleet planning, scheduling, budgeting, utilization, reliability, and preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include inspections, parts procurement, inventory management, logistics, critical-lift preparation, failure analysis, technician coordination, safety and quality oversight, and communication across field and office teams. The role requires working in active construction environments and may involve travel, relocation, and physically demanding site conditions.
