The role involves generating new business within Independent Broker Dealers, managing client relationships, and providing expertise on alternative investment products such as hedge funds and private equity.

Configure, integrate, and deploy the BT tool stack (Snowflake, Salesforce, Streamlit, workflow tools). Build integrations and Streamlit apps, deploy AI-enabled automations, maintain Snowflake data models and reports, catalog assets with DataHub, implement SDLC/testing/guardrails, ensure data security, and partner with Engineering/InfoSec while mentoring BT team members.

Lead and manage onboarding and implementation projects from initiation to launch. Scope solutions, gather requirements, track timelines in Confluence/Airtable, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, communicate status to executives, support pre-sales and business development, and apply AI tools to accelerate routine workstreams.
