Teams at CAIS

Own product direction for CAIS’s Core Platform, including IAM, enterprise authentication, firm and user administration, learning systems, and shared services. Lead platform modernization, authentication roadmap, regulatory identity workflows, backlog prioritization, and delivery with engineering. Define boundaries between platform and consuming teams, translate technical trade-offs for stakeholders, and partner with Compliance, Legal, and engineering leadership on strategy, resourcing, and sequencing.

Provides onsite desktop and technical support for a New York office, administers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and access policies, and manages employee onboarding and offboarding. Analyzes recurring support issues, creates documentation, automates workflows, supports conference room technology, and promotes AI tool adoption through training and runbooks. The role requires strong communication, customer service, discretion, and a systems-oriented approach.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, product, machine learning, data, corporate technology, and security. Responsibilities include sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, interview coordination, assessment design, offer management, closing, interviewer training, and advising senior technology leaders. The role also manages talent pipelines across the UK and US, provides market intelligence, and evaluates recruiting technology and AI tools.
