Supports the broker-dealer compliance program through FINRA registrations and filings, employee compliance and personal trading reviews, communications surveillance, marketing compliance, compliance system administration, branch examinations, policy testing, due diligence, and regulatory initiatives. The role provides guidance across the organization and helps enhance compliance policies and procedures in response to evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Oversee monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund NAV production, validate financial reporting, coordinate annual audits, and review financial statements and accounting records. Manage relationships with auditors, fund administrators, tax providers, valuation specialists, and internal stakeholders. Support tax filings, investor reporting, capital activity, cash management, reconciliations, expense allocations, and broader fund accounting operations. Improve controls and streamline processes through AI and automation tools.

Supports day-to-day operations for single-investment and fund-of-funds vehicles, including transactions, capital calls, distributions, cash movements, reconciliations, reporting, and fund accounting activities. Coordinates with fund managers, administrators, custodians, and internal teams while maintaining accurate data, controls, documentation, and operational trackers. The role also evaluates and applies AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, test outputs, improve accuracy, and reduce manual processes.

The role involves supporting senior sales members by managing client relationships and inquiries, while developing knowledge of CAIS products and the alternative investments market.

Lead development and scaling of CAIS's private markets liquidity ecosystem by sourcing partnerships, driving advisor adoption, defining workflows with Product/Tech, and supporting go-to-market, capital markets, and sales efforts.

Lead product and partner work for alternative investment offerings: manage fund origination and onboarding, serve as primary asset-manager contact, drive product strategy and new-structure launches, coordinate cross-functional teams, support manager adoption and training, and resolve operational escalations to optimize platform access to private markets.

Lead and execute the firms cybersecurity and operational risk programs, including AI security strategy, incident response, vendor security, compliance (SEC/FINRA/SOC2), secure architecture, and day-to-day security operations. Partner with executives, oversee audits and certifications, and build security awareness across the organization while remaining hands-on with tooling, design reviews, and threat management.

Owns end-to-end revenue accounting, billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition processes across multiple entities and business lines. Responsibilities include monthly close, ASC 606 contract reviews, reconciliations, journal entries, invoicing, collections, aging reports, internal controls, audit support, and revenue automation using BillingPlatform. The role partners closely with Finance, Fund Management, Legal, Operations, and Sales and supports process improvement initiatives.

Designs scalable data models, governance processes, quality checks, documentation, and internal data tools. Partners with Data Engineering and business stakeholders to create trustworthy, discoverable, AI-ready data assets supporting analytics, reporting, downstream applications, and machine learning initiatives. Uses AI tools to improve modeling, governance, analysis, documentation, and automation workflows.

Lead application security for the platform by embedding automated controls into the SDLC, conducting security architecture and code reviews, driving threat modeling, triaging vulnerabilities, coordinating remediations, partnering with engineering/product teams, and scaling tooling and AI-assisted workflows to raise security across cloud-native and containerized environments.

Configure, integrate, and deploy the BT tool stack (Snowflake, Salesforce, Streamlit, workflow tools). Build integrations and Streamlit apps, deploy AI-enabled automations, maintain Snowflake data models and reports, catalog assets with DataHub, implement SDLC/testing/guardrails, ensure data security, and partner with Engineering/InfoSec while mentoring BT team members.

Lead and manage onboarding and implementation projects from initiation to launch. Scope solutions, gather requirements, track timelines in Confluence/Airtable, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, communicate status to executives, support pre-sales and business development, and apply AI tools to accelerate routine workstreams.
