Analyzes recurring support issues, creates documentation, automates workflows, supports conference room technology, and promotes AI tool adoption through training and runbooks. The role requires strong communication, customer service, discretion, and a systems-oriented approach.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, product, machine learning, data, corporate technology, and security. Responsibilities include sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, interview coordination, assessment design, offer management, closing, interviewer training, and advising senior technology leaders. The role also manages talent pipelines across the UK and US, provides market intelligence, and evaluates recruiting technology and AI tools.

Provides high-level executive and board support to the Founder/CEO, including complex calendar management, travel and event logistics, meeting preparation, expense administration, confidential information handling, CRM maintenance, and external communications coordination. Serves as a trusted gatekeeper and anticipates executive needs in a fast-paced, high-availability environment, with limited personal assistant responsibilities.

Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, locations, and seniority levels, from intake through accepted offer. Responsibilities include sourcing, talent mapping, candidate engagement, interview coordination, assessment design, offer management, and closing. Advise senior leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, compensation, and selection decisions; train interviewers and coach debriefs. Own partner relationships, service delivery, escalations, platform configuration, workflow testing, and partner education for a financial alternatives technology platform. Analyze business and data issues, maintain documentation, support reporting, and drive automation, process improvements, and platform delivery projects. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Transformation, and Enablement teams to resolve partner needs and improve adoption. Analyst candidates need 0–2 years of experience; Associate candidates need 3–5 years and deeper alternatives, platform, and data expertise.

Supports the broker-dealer compliance program through FINRA registrations and filings, employee compliance and personal trading reviews, communications surveillance, marketing compliance, compliance system administration, branch examinations, policy testing, due diligence, and regulatory initiatives. The role provides guidance across the organization and helps enhance compliance policies and procedures in response to evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Supports day-to-day operations for single-investment and fund-of-funds vehicles, including transactions, capital calls, distributions, cash movements, reconciliations, reporting, and fund accounting activities. Coordinates with fund managers, administrators, custodians, and internal teams while maintaining accurate data, controls, documentation, and operational trackers. Lead development and scaling of CAIS's private markets liquidity ecosystem by sourcing partnerships, driving advisor adoption, defining workflows with Product/Tech, and supporting go-to-market, capital markets, and sales efforts.

Lead and execute the firms cybersecurity and operational risk programs, including AI security strategy, incident response, vendor security, compliance (SEC/FINRA/SOC2), secure architecture, and day-to-day security operations. Partner with executives, oversee audits and certifications, and build security awareness across the organization while remaining hands-on with tooling, design reviews, and threat management.

Lead product and partner work for alternative investment offerings: manage fund origination and onboarding, serve as primary asset-manager contact, drive product strategy and new-structure launches, coordinate cross-functional teams, support manager adoption and training, and resolve operational escalations to optimize platform access to private markets.

Owns end-to-end revenue accounting, billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition processes across multiple entities and business lines. Responsibilities include monthly close, ASC 606 contract reviews, reconciliations, journal entries, invoicing, collections, aging reports, internal controls, audit support, and revenue automation using BillingPlatform. The role partners closely with Finance, Fund Management, Legal, Operations, and Sales and supports process improvement initiatives.

Designs scalable data models, governance processes, quality checks, documentation, and internal data tools. Partners with Data Engineering and business stakeholders to create trustworthy, discoverable, AI-ready data assets supporting analytics, reporting, downstream applications, and machine learning initiatives. Uses AI tools to improve modeling, governance, analysis, documentation, and automation workflows.

Lead application security for the platform by embedding automated controls into the SDLC, conducting security architecture and code reviews, driving threat modeling, triaging vulnerabilities, coordinating remediations, partnering with engineering/product teams, and scaling tooling and AI-assisted workflows to raise security across cloud-native and containerized environments.

Configure, integrate, and deploy the BT tool stack (Snowflake, Salesforce, Streamlit, workflow tools). Build integrations and Streamlit apps, deploy AI-enabled automations, maintain Snowflake data models and reports, catalog assets with DataHub, implement SDLC/testing/guardrails, ensure data security, and partner with Engineering/InfoSec while mentoring BT team members.

Lead and manage onboarding and implementation projects from initiation to launch. Scope solutions, gather requirements, track timelines in Confluence/Airtable, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, communicate status to executives, support pre-sales and business development, and apply AI tools to accelerate routine workstreams.
