Provides technical support for cardiorespiratory products through customer troubleshooting, education, documentation, CRM case management, sales order and RMA entry, and issue resolution. Supports hardware and software inquiries, escalates field-service issues, contributes to product demonstrations and training, identifies upgrade and service opportunities, and collaborates with engineering, quality, service, sales, and product teams. The role requires accurate communication, technical learning, customer ownership, and limited travel.

Sell MGC Diagnostics medical and pulmonary equipment to new and existing customers across Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, territory and quota management, CRM maintenance, prospect development, customer follow-up after installation, reference-account development, expense reporting, and frequent travel. The role requires medical sales experience, strong communication and organization skills, computer proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to load and transport demonstration equipment.

Supports new product introduction and sustaining engineering for medical diagnostic instruments. Develops and validates manufacturing processes, fixtures, tooling, equipment, work instructions, and production test methods. Troubleshoots electronics, sensors, instrumentation, and manufacturing systems; analyzes process and test data; applies Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, DOE, and statistical methods to improve quality, yield, throughput, and cost. Collaborates with engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers while maintaining ISO 13485 and regulatory compliance.

Supports accounts payable operations by reviewing invoices, performing purchase order and receipt matching, resolving payment discrepancies, processing ACH and wire payments, maintaining vendor and accounting records, updating reconciliations and reports, monitoring inquiries, and assisting with audits, month-end activities, internal controls, and finance projects.

Leads daily sales support operations, coordinates complex orders, prepares proposals, manages accurate order entry and invoicing, schedules installations and training, resolves escalated customer issues, and maintains Salesforce, MRP data, SOPs, and training materials. Acts as a liaison among customers, sales, service, and operations teams while guiding staff and improving processes.

Provides pre- and post-sale support for domestic and international sales consultants. Prepares proposals and quotes, processes orders, maintains customer and system records in Salesforce and MAX, coordinates payments and shipping information, handles customer inquiries, schedules training, and communicates across sales, finance, shipping, service, marketing, and product management teams.
