Supports the Tax Team with federal and state income tax preparation, including individual, partnership, corporate, fiduciary, and personal property tax returns. Prepares client tax reports, extensions, estimated payment vouchers, notices, and organized workpapers. Conducts tax research, compares returns with projections, assists with workflow planning, communicates with clients and internal departments, and uses multiple software programs to manage returns and documentation.

Supports mergers and acquisitions for healthcare and dental businesses by analyzing financial statements, tax returns, and operational data; estimating business value; gathering diligence documentation; and preparing financial recommendations. The analyst communicates with clients, buyers, representatives, and third-party firms throughout analysis, letter of intent, and diligence phases, including quality of earnings reviews. The role requires strong financial analysis, organization, communication, and client relationship skills.

Serves as the primary relationship coordinator for high-net-worth clients, providing personalized communication, coordinating services across financial planning, tax, accounting, and investment teams, tracking requests and deadlines, resolving concerns, maintaining confidential records, and improving client service processes.
