Supports investment account operations for ultra-high-net-worth clients by processing account openings, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, maintenance, service requests, and closures. Coordinates with planning teams, custodians, third-party providers, and clients; resolves account issues; manages confidential information; tracks requests; and maintains related billing and performance-reporting records. The role requires alternative investment and qualified pension plan knowledge, strong attention to detail, and effective communication.

Supports financial planners with client relationship management, financial plan implementation, consult file preparation, tax return reviews, tax projections, investment allocation reconciliation, retirement plan analysis, client communications, and coordination with internal departments and external vendors. This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship for students pursuing accounting, tax, or a related degree.
