Investigate product failures, manufacturing defects, customer complaints, warranty claims, and field returns using destructive and nondestructive analysis. Conduct microscopy, materials characterization, cross-section analysis, X-ray inspection, and SEM/EDS investigations; document findings in technical reports; support root-cause and corrective-action activities; analyze failure trends; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams; and contribute to reliability, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and support web-based business applications using .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, and related technologies. Responsibilities include backend and frontend development, database design and optimization, testing, debugging, code reviews, documentation, deployment, and application support. The developer will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle and work in Agile or iterative development environments.

Manage approximately 10 worldwide trade events annually, including event strategy, vendor contracts, logistics, booth setup, attendee registration, facility coordination, onsite execution, promotional collaboration, lead generation, follow-up, and ROI evaluation. The role partners with marketing, sales, and product teams and requires strong organization, event logistics expertise, and occasional international event experience.
