Provide friendly, prompt customer service while cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and preparing food per food-safety guidelines. Operate POS, follow ABC laws, maintain inventory and displays, report equipment or spoilage, and complete assigned shifts, meetings, and required training.

Provides front-of-house food and beverage support by greeting and seating guests, maintaining tables, serving water and occasional food and beverages, handling calls and guest concerns, and supporting sanitation and restaurant operations. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in a busy casino restaurant, using a point-of-sale system, and complying with food-handling and gaming-license requirements.

Supervise casino slot floor and Guest Service Representatives, assign sections, support guest relations, ensure gaming and regulatory compliance, verify payouts and jackpots, monitor funds, assist with personnel training, submit reports, and troubleshoot minor slot-machine issues.
