Provides front-of-house food and beverage support by greeting and seating guests, preparing and sanitizing tables, serving water and occasional food and beverages, managing wait times, answering calls, handling guest concerns, and assisting restaurant staff. The role requires standing for extended periods, maintaining sanitation standards, operating a point-of-sale system, and working effectively in a busy casino restaurant environment.

Provide friendly, prompt customer service while cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and preparing food per food-safety guidelines. Operate POS, follow ABC laws, maintain inventory and displays, report equipment or spoilage, and complete assigned shifts, meetings, and required training.
