Own CRM lifecycle strategy and campaigns in Braze to increase subscriber engagement, retention, lifetime value, and reduce churn. Build personalized journeys, improve segmentation and messaging, analyze performance, run A/B tests, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with market managers, data, customer support, and content teams while exploring AI and automation to improve campaign efficiency and personalization.
