Develop and maintain high-performing web, iOS, and Android applications for partner integrations. Contribute to full-stack architecture across front end, back end, and APIs; integrate authentication and partner systems; and collaborate with product, design, and content teams. Ensure code quality, security, scalability, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD improvements. Requires at least two years of full-stack experience and expertise in native mobile development or React Native/Flutter.

Lead product design across Cafeyn and Readly platforms, balancing hands-on UX/UI craft with management of two Product Designers. Drive discovery, hypothesis testing, prototyping, feature shaping, design-system evolution, and precise engineering handoffs across iOS, Android, and web. Improve team processes, champion evidence-based design, and introduce AI tools into research, ideation, prototyping, and QA. Coach designers, represent design across the organization, and collaborate with product, engineering, analysts, and user researchers.

Develop and maintain scalable, secure back-end systems, APIs, and related components. Contribute to technical design, code reviews, versioning, documentation, testing, performance optimization, and agile development processes. Monitor emerging technologies and collaborate across teams to improve the product roadmap. The role is fully remote within France and requires French and English proficiency.
