Designs, deploys, secures, automates, and maintains AWS cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing AWS services, implementing Terraform or CloudFormation, optimizing performance and costs, configuring networking, monitoring logs, troubleshooting incidents, supporting development teams, documenting procedures, and participating in on-call response. Requires hands-on AWS administration experience, scripting, infrastructure-as-code, security knowledge, and an active Secret clearance.

Manage enterprise Windows infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware virtualization, automation, high-availability systems, storage, monitoring, networking, and security compliance. Apply DISA STIGs, support vulnerability remediation, perform system upgrades and migrations, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and maintain production environments. The role also provides technical leadership and mentorship while supporting a U.S. Army government contract.

Leads IT application and business process management projects from concept through implementation. Defines scope, schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and quality standards; coordinates vendors and stakeholders; tracks progress; prepares project and risk plans; documents SOPs; delivers process training; applies CMMI, Lean, ITIL, and Six Sigma methodologies; and conducts quarterly quality assurance audits with findings and recommendations.
