Teams at CAE

Perform FP&A reporting and analysis for orders, backlog, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow; prepare monthly forecasts and variance analysis; maintain backlog pipeline; build annual operating plans; coordinate across finance teams and support Adaptive Planning usage.

Lead and own program performance across schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction. Direct all program phases, maintain IMS, manage budgets, risks, corrective actions, and support growth and proposal activities while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Support design, integration, testing, and qualification of software and hardware for flight simulators. Troubleshoot simulator anomalies, implement software/database updates for FMS/navigation, produce technical documentation, manage qualification activities and reports, estimate project scope, and mentor junior team members while ensuring regulatory compliance.
