Leads and supervises Visual Database Engineers supporting C-17 training systems. Designs, develops, tests, integrates, and maintains real-time visual, RADAR, and 3-D databases for simulation and mission rehearsal. Assigns work, reviews technical deliverables, mentors staff, coordinates schedules and risks, supports software installation and operating-system integration, and collaborates with test engineers, instructors, SMEs, management, and customers to validate accuracy, performance, reliability, and system integration.

Designs, develops, modifies, implements, tests, and maintains C-17 MTS database systems and related software. Collects, cleans, analyzes, visualizes, and manages training data while supporting software and operating system installations. Coordinates database integration with engineering, test, and maintenance teams; prepares technical designs and reports; participates in testing and certification; and communicates project status to management and customers.
