Leads CAE’s global Defense and Security marketing strategy, including positioning, product marketing, go-to-market execution, digital growth, demand generation, ABM, thought leadership, events, and executive engagement. Manages a global marketing team and partners with Sales, Business Development, Capture, Product Management, Engineering, Communications, and executives. Drives measurable growth through pipeline expansion, account penetration, market share, opportunity progression, and revenue impact in complex B2B and B2G markets.

Supports and maintains flight and cabin crew simulators by controlling software configurations, troubleshooting integrated software and hardware issues, developing and testing fixes, and supporting system integration, certification, and acceptance activities. The role coordinates with customers, authorities, engineers, and service teams; provides technical guidance and training; supports qualification testing and regulatory evaluations; and may travel internationally for service-level and business-critical issues.

Develops and updates flight instructor guides, computer-based briefings, simulator lessons, tests, training manuals, and customer training publications. Supports the Fleet Chief Instructor and Director of Training with profile testing, written and practical assessments, training administration, and urgent client requests. The role requires Korean and English fluency, strong Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with airline and aerospace terminology, air traffic control communications, aeronautical charts, and meteorology maps. Flexibility, independent work, attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime are required.
