Lead creation and execution of a multi-year data strategy roadmap. Translate enterprise strategy into data initiatives, coordinate cross-domain sequencing, manage delivery, risks, and dependencies, run intake and prioritization, support governance and executive reporting, and track outcome-based business value realization.

Perform financial and budget analysis and program cost/schedule control: maintain projects in Cobra using EVM, set up project IDs in Costpoint, compile and verify financial data, prepare monthly short-term forecasts, support EAC updates and Program Managers, produce reports for leadership, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead Geospatial Engineer responsible for developing real-time geospatial database content for simulation and training. Provide technical leadership, delegate tasks, manage full project lifecycle, interact with customers, and ensure delivery within budgets and schedules. Employ GIS, 3D modeling and visualization, image processing and database creation tools while supporting Windows/Linux environments and program/project management practices.
