Teams at CAE

Manage business aviation customer accounts across Mexico, drive solution-based sales, develop account and retention strategies, maintain Salesforce opportunities and forecasts, present value propositions, monitor competition, and achieve revenue and growth targets. The role requires building long-term customer relationships, coordinating with training centers, supporting collections, mentoring junior sales staff, and traveling throughout the region.

Develops electrical and electronic designs for complex electromechanical and simulation systems. Creates technical documentation, applies CAD tools and electrical engineering standards, designs simulation wiring, and resolves technical issues with engineering teams, program management, and customers. Leads process, tool, and productivity improvements while meeting cost and schedule requirements. Requires travel, overtime availability, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a DoD personal security clearance.
