Mentor technicians and engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement in lab systems, processes, and product quality.

Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned commodities and suppliers supporting Class I/II medical device manufacturing. Negotiate pricing and terms, resolve supply and quality issues, ensure material availability, monitor supplier performance, support supplier qualification and development, and collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and planning teams. Mentor junior procurement staff and drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
