Provides client management and administrative support for fine art logistics operations. Coordinates small jobs from quoting through billing, supports larger projects, arranges parcel shipments, maintains client files, enters operational data, creates purchase orders, bills of lading, and invoices, and liaises with packing, dispatch, and operations teams to coordinate collections, deliveries, and packing requirements.

Manage high-value fine art logistics accounts from consultation through project completion. Build client relationships, lead domestic and international shipment projects, coordinate internal teams and vendors, oversee customs and compliance documentation, manage quotations, invoices, costs, margins, and reporting, and support business development. The role also mentors junior staff, ensures quality standards, and drives continuous service improvement.
