Direct and manage the facility infection control program to ensure regulatory compliance (CDC, OSHA). Collect and analyze infection data, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and oversee resident/employee immunization programs. Coordinate training, policies, and infection-prevention measures across staff and departments.

The Dietary Aide assists in dietary functions, serves meals, checks diet trays for accuracy, and supports kitchen staff while following safety regulations.
