Support and improve advanced manufacturing equipment and processes, including vacuum heat treatment, CNC machining, robotics, machine vision, automated finishing, and inspection systems. Troubleshoot equipment, develop process improvements, coordinate maintenance, analyze quality feedback, and create SolidWorks models and drawings. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, contractors, and suppliers to improve manufacturing quality, reliability, and efficiency.

Ensures medical device manufacturing quality and regulatory compliance through QMS management, audits, CAPA, process validation, supplier quality, CMM programming, root cause analysis, documentation, metrics, and staff training. Supports new product introduction and continuous improvement while maintaining ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and traceability requirements.

Assemble and inspect small medical components in a cleanroom environment. Operate equipment, document work for traceability and compliance, maintain strict cleanliness standards, and collaborate on process improvements. The role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, dependability, safety awareness, and willingness to learn. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required, with training provided. Work is scheduled in 10-hour Monday-through-Thursday shifts across first, second, and third shifts.
