Supports construction project delivery across multifamily, industrial, and commercial projects. Manages project documents, RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, meeting minutes, and project control logs. Assists with schedule updates, quality assurance and inspection tracking, safety plans, jobsite orientations, and weekly safety audits while developing project management and financial skills.

Supports commercial construction project delivery through document control, RFI and submittal management, procurement tracking, meeting minutes, schedule updates, quality assurance logs, inspection tracking, safety planning, and jobsite safety audits. The role is designed to build project management and project controls expertise while working between the local office and assigned jobsites.
