Support development and maintenance of construction project schedules using P6. Coordinate with project teams and superintendents, monitor progress, report on schedules, identify delays, and support corrective actions while learning schedule analysis and reporting.

Support project teams in subcontracting, estimating, scheduling, cost, quality, safety, and client coordination for multi-family, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Prepare bids, contracts, job cost reports, schedules, applications for payment, and participate in QA, safety, correspondence, and business development under a Project Manager's direction, with regular jobsite visits.

Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects including contract administration, cost, schedule, quality, safety, client relations, and project team leadership from preconstruction through closeout.
