Drive clinician and patient adoption, monitor engagement metrics, present performance reports, identify expansion opportunities, and resolve workflow issues. Partner with internal Partnerships, Product, and Care Delivery teams to improve services and scale provider programs. This fully remote, field-first role requires frequent national travel, local driving, and onsite meetings with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
