Own and build the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle program using Klaviyo. Design segmentation and automated flows, run lifecycle and reactivation campaigns, optimise deliverability and A/B tests, report on CRM performance and LTV, and collaborate with performance and creative teams to drive repeat purchase, cross-sell, and retention.

Lead in-house paid social and programmatic display across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and programmatic DSPs to drive profitable D2C growth. Own campaign structure, creative testing, CRO, measurement stack (GTM, Meta CAPI, GA4), forecasting, and weekly reporting. Work with Head of Marketing, agency partners, and creative teams to optimise first-purchase profitability, run aggressive tests, maintain account hygiene, and scale ambassador/creator amplification.

Execute high-volume organic social content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and X. Produce short-form video, reels, stories, carousels and static posts; manage content calendar, community engagement, creator relations, and ambassador activations. Track weekly performance, A/B test content, report insights, and coordinate with Head of Marketing and freelance creators.
