Serve as the technical bridge between CADDi and prospects: collaborate with sales to design bespoke demos, architect solutions, quantify ROI with data-driven models, build business cases, maintain stakeholder relationships, and feed customer insights to product teams to drive adoption in manufacturing supply chains.

Lead the development and execution of QA strategies, establish the QA team in Vietnam, and improve non-functional requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders.

The role involves managing development teams, contributing to coding and architectural decisions, promoting engineering culture, and ensuring product quality through code reviews. Managers will also engage in training and recruitment activities.
