CADDi Benefits Overview

End-to-end HR and corporate operations lead for CADDi Thailand: recruiting, HRBP support, labor compliance, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, expat procedures, basic accounting/tax coordination, payments, office operations, and vendor-managed legal/tax tasks.

The role involves developing the CADDi SaaS Platform, managing full-stack responsibilities including design, implementation, and maintenance, while ensuring high performance and availability.

You will work on developing APIs and environments for ML model inference, optimize deployment processes, and enhance site reliability. Responsibilities include collaborating with ML engineers, monitoring ML systems, and experimenting with ML tools to drive innovation in a cloud-based platform.
