Lead dealership sales performance by coaching and developing Sales Specialists, managing customer interactions, enforcing accountability, and using CRM activity and sales KPIs to improve results. The General Sales Manager works directly with the team, monitors lead follow-up, appointments, conversions, inventory performance, and customer experience, while building a collaborative and developmental culture.

Work provided customer leads through phone, text, and email; maintain CRM records; schedule and confirm appointments; re-engage prospects; welcome dealership visitors; identify vehicle needs; facilitate test drives; guide customers through the sales process; handle objections; and close vehicle sales while delivering a strong customer experience.

Generate sales from company-provided automotive leads by responding quickly, communicating through calls, texts, and email, managing CRM pipelines, scheduling appointments, presenting vehicles, facilitating test drives, guiding customers through the sales process, overcoming objections, closing sales, and following up with prospects. Performance is measured through lead activity, appointment conversion, applications, sales, and closing percentage. Prior automotive experience is not required.
