Lead Cabrera Capital Markets' HR function: build compensation and rewards architecture; run full-cycle recruiting and campus strategy; design learning, performance management, and succession planning; oversee HR operations, systems, analytics, policies, and Chicago facilities; manage an HR Generalist and Receptionist/Facilities role; partner with CEO and President on people strategy and culture.

Provide hands-on legal and compliance support: draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts; maintain corporate governance and entity records; support FINRA/SEC/MSRB compliance, regulatory exams, and legal operations technology and workflows.

Lead origination and execution of equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, follow-ons, private placements, convertibles). Advise clients on structure, pricing, and timing; prepare pitch materials, valuation analyses, and roadshow content. Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain investor relationships, monitor markets, and mentor junior staff.
