Support the Controller with account reconciliations, prepare and maintain accounting schedules, write and maintain data-processing programs, resolve program errors, implement connections with external platforms, leverage AI and technology to improve processes, and assist with monthly general ledger and credit card reconciliations.

Lead Cabrera Capital Markets' HR function: build compensation and rewards architecture; run full-cycle recruiting and campus strategy; design learning, performance management, and succession planning; oversee HR operations, systems, analytics, policies, and Chicago facilities; manage an HR Generalist and Receptionist/Facilities role; partner with CEO and President on people strategy and culture.

Provide hands-on legal and compliance support: draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts; maintain corporate governance and entity records; support FINRA/SEC/MSRB compliance, regulatory exams, and legal operations technology and workflows.
