Designs and updates broadband HFC and fiber outside-plant systems, including extensions, upgrades, redesigns, as-builts, construction packets, fiber splicing matrices, and Lightpath circuits. Uses CAD, GIS, ESRI, and Schneider software while coordinating with technical operations, construction, and engineering teams. Ensures designs meet company standards, supports fiber availability and reinforcement decisions, and manages multiple projects accurately.

Retain and renew existing small and medium-sized business customers by addressing dissatisfaction, resolving service concerns, and recommending Cable One voice and broadband solutions. The representative handles cancellation calls, follows up with subscribers, renews contracts, upsells services, and collaborates with internal departments to answer questions and resolve issues.

Sell broadband and voice solutions to small and mid-market businesses. Prospect and qualify leads through phone, door-to-door, and other outreach; manage the full sales cycle; build customer relationships; resolve issues; identify upgrade and revenue opportunities; and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
