Prospect and qualify new B2B leads, conduct in-person visits, present customized broadband and voice solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and build ongoing relationships with small and midsized business customers. The role requires meeting sales goals, identifying expansion opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and providing consultative customer support throughout the territory.

Lead development and execution of retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. Manage retention operations, analyze churn and performance data, run save and win-back initiatives, partner cross-functionally, coach the retention team, optimize offers and messaging, and report results to leadership.
