Leads the Talent Acquisition function, including recruiter team management, full-cycle recruiting strategy, recruiting operations, technology, metrics, process improvement, vendor relationships, and stakeholder consultation. The role partners with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring decisions, supports executive and critical searches, ensures compliant recruiting practices, and uses market data and analytics to improve talent outcomes.

Creates, analyzes, edits, and maintains GIS data supporting fiber and HFC network planning, design, construction, and regulatory map updates. Uses ArcGIS and ArcFM to manage geodatabases, spatial datasets, parcel data, route assets, and network schematics. Conducts map research, interprets technical records, supports GIS projects, develops mapping standards, and responds to internal requests. Collaborates with legal, market expansion, engineering, construction, and design teams while ensuring geospatial data quality and alignment with GIS best practices.

Provides technical sales leadership and solution design for managed connectivity and data services in hospitality, MDU, student housing, senior living, and other property environments. Leads customer discovery, network and Wi-Fi design, site assessments, technical presentations, proposal support, documentation, sales enablement, and implementation handoffs. Partners with sales, engineering, construction, product, operations, and project teams to deliver practical, scalable connected-property solutions.
