The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial insights to drive business growth, lead forecasting processes, develop financial models, design KPI dashboards, and mentor the Financial Analyst team.

Perform residential and commercial cable installations, repairs, terminations, and relocations. Troubleshoot HFC network and customer equipment using electronic test gear. Mentor and train technicians, inspect field work, and provide leadership.

Lead development and execution of retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. Manage retention operations, analyze churn and performance data, run save and win-back initiatives, partner cross-functionally, coach the retention team, optimize offers and messaging, and report results to leadership.
