Manage and grow Cabinetworks Group sales within Menards in Wisconsin by building relationships with store personnel and designers, executing targeted territory plans, performing daily store calls, merchandising showrooms, providing training, resolving product/service issues, and meeting KPIs. Heavy travel (85%) and independent territory management required.

The Business Analyst will gather requirements, analyze data, design BI reports using Power BI, and train users on new dashboards in a collaborative environment.

Manage plant HR activities ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws, support local HR staff, lead investigations, manage recruitment and performance systems, run HR audits, provide HR metrics and project support, and spend significant time on the production floor.
