Leads accounting and finance for manufacturing facilities, including plant metrics, month-end close, standard costing, inventory reconciliation, forecasting, capital budgeting, productivity analysis, and sourcing decisions. Partners with manufacturing leadership, supports continuous improvement, ensures GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and communicates financial insights across departments. Requires on-site production-floor engagement and 15–20% travel.

Manage inbound transportation, small parcel logistics, warehousing, and third-party service providers. Oversee carrier scheduling, rates, contracts, audits, KPIs, claims, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. Lead RFPs, negotiate service commitments, implement network solutions, maintain transportation platforms, and collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role also includes provider training, performance reviews, compliance oversight, financial reporting, and domestic travel.

Coordinates plant traffic and shipping operations, including shipment booking, paperwork, LTL and parcel scheduling, carrier tracing, claims, trailer tracking, delivery coordination, and shipment delay communication. Supports production, customer care, sales, and logistics teams while maintaining shipping records and statistics. Provides backup coverage for the Senior Traffic Coordinator and helps improve plant transportation processes.
