The role is hybrid in Schaumburg, Illinois, or St. Louis, Missouri, with approximately 15–25% travel for client and retailer meetings.

Manage promotional plans and customer deductions for assigned CPG clients. Enter and maintain trade promotions across multiple systems, review deduction validity, communicate with client and sales contacts, maintain procedures and timelines, and support process improvements. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, data-entry accuracy, analytical ability, client communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
