Oversee paid media (Meta, Google Ads), SEO/SEM, analytics (GA4, GTM), conversion optimization, A/B testing, digital merchandising (Dutchie), and reporting. Manage a small team, vendor relationships, budgets, and ensure cannabis and data-privacy compliance while partnering with retail, IT, and data teams to drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
