Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail, cultivation, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, extending offers, maintaining ATS records, tracking recruiting metrics, ensuring compliance, supporting onboarding, and advising hiring managers. The role also contributes to process improvements, employer branding, workforce planning, and candidate experience initiatives.

Leads the enterprise HR function across a multi-state cannabis retail, cultivation, facilities, and corporate organization. Develops scalable people strategies, workforce plans, compensation and benefits programs, HRIS governance, labor relations, compliance, talent pipelines, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Oversees HR leaders and vendors, manages the HR budget, builds executive workforce dashboards, supports union negotiations, and partners with senior leadership to align people investments with financial and operational goals.

Designs and maintains Snowflake data models and ingestion pipelines supporting enterprise reporting across retail, cultivation, manufacturing, marketing, and finance. Refactors Power BI logic into governed, tested, version-controlled warehouse models; establishes modeling standards, data quality monitoring, documentation, and lineage. Partners with analysts and stakeholders to develop reusable reporting solutions, supports semantic and BI tooling, evaluates data platform technologies, mentors analysts, and contributes to shared pipeline ownership.
