Supports day-to-day loyalty program operations, including rewards, promotions, targeted offers, testing, integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, and store training. Tracks program performance, analyzes customer engagement and retention metrics, and recommends improvements. Coordinates loyalty initiatives and activation calendars using Asana while collaborating with marketing leadership, customer service, vendors, and store teams to ensure accurate execution across web, app, POS, and in-store systems.

Processes high-volume vendor invoices, matches invoices with purchase orders and receiving records, resolves discrepancies, supports payment cycles, reconciles vendor accounts, and maintains W-9 and insurance documentation. The role also assists with credit card data entry, procurement tasks, retail support, compliance, internal inquiries, and improving accounts payable procedures while maintaining confidentiality and accurate financial records.

Leads creative strategy, brand identity, and creative operations across paid, organic, traditional, in-store, wholesale, and internal brand channels. Directs campaign concepting, maintains brand standards, improves high-volume production workflows through AI-enabled systems, and oversees creative quality and performance. Manages a team of designers, external agencies, creative budgets, and cross-functional partnerships while reporting progress and capacity to marketing leadership.
