Supports a utility construction field team by reviewing timesheets, processing weekly invoices, maintaining crew logs, tracking absences and overtime, billing materials, coordinating site utilities, auditing equipment usage, maintaining manpower reports, and organizing division files. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, familiarity with ERP or accounting systems, and reliable onsite availability beginning at 7:00 AM.
