Supports forest management, wildfire fuels reduction, and restoration projects through timber inventories, forest health assessments, vegetation surveys, GIS mapping, harvest planning, permitting, and environmental compliance. Coordinates contractors, oversees field operations, analyzes operational efficiency, prepares technical reports, and provides technical guidance to field teams. The role combines rugged-terrain fieldwork with office-based data analysis and requires regular travel to project and stakeholder sites.
