Maintain Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, SQL systems, SharePoint, virtualization clusters, networking infrastructure, Exchange, and Office 365. Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, VoIP, and system services. Support deployment automation with PowerShell, disaster recovery, incident response, documentation, and infrastructure security. The role requires independent problem-solving, systems and network administration expertise, and travel to company sites as needed.

Provides technical support by troubleshooting customer and internal system issues, managing tickets, monitoring systems, coordinating escalations, and documenting resolutions. The role requires Linux command-line skills, networking expertise, protocol knowledge, SQL and scripting experience, and effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Designs, analyzes, optimizes, and troubleshoots commercial wireless and public safety RF systems. Performs coverage, capacity, propagation, interference, PIM, RF exposure, and FCC compliance studies using modeling software, GIS tools, field measurements, and RF test equipment. Supports permitting and zoning activities, prepares technical reports, manages multiple projects, and communicates with customers and engineering teams. The role is approximately 70% office-based and 30% field-based with occasional extended travel.
