Teams at C&R Management Group LLC (CRMG)

Assists with day-to-day management of affordable apartment communities, including marketing, property integrity, resident screening, rent collection, notices, reports, and agreements. Provides customer service, handles resident needs, administers housing and landlord-tenant requirements, performs bookkeeping and office tasks, and responds to emergencies. The role requires experience with Project Based Vouchers and Permanent Supportive Housing, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license for work-related errands.

Manages a portfolio of multifamily residential properties, driving revenue growth, occupancy, and asset performance. Builds and mentors diverse property management teams, maintains client relationships, oversees financial reporting and analytics, and ensures compliance with Oregon and Washington landlord-tenant, fair housing, labor, and safety laws. Requires after-hours emergency availability and travel between properties.

Lead affordable and market-rate housing portfolios, driving profitability, occupancy, regulatory compliance, resident experience, and client relationships. Serve as the primary liaison to ownership groups, provide strategic insights and performance reporting, oversee operational and financial results, and mentor portfolio managers. The role requires expertise in property management, Oregon and Washington landlord-tenant and Fair Housing laws, labor regulations, and safety protocols, with travel between properties.
