Supervise on-site transport operations, ensuring safety, legal compliance and vehicle checks. Manage driver briefings, paperwork accuracy, report non-compliance, handle day-to-day driver issues and KPIs, and support the Transport Manager to maintain high standards of delivery and administration.

Assist trade-counter customers with product recommendations, handle phone and email enquiries, build customer relationships, support branch sales, pick and pack orders, organize deliveries, maintain displays, and drive a delivery vehicle. This full-time role requires customer service and sales experience, communication skills, initiative, teamwork, willingness to learn, and a full driving licence.

Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, deliveries, and manual handling of heavy plumbing products.
