Provide trade-counter sales and customer service, handle phone and email enquiries, perform local deliveries with a 3.5t van, pick/pack and book in stock, and maintain merchandising and general warehouse duties.

Handle inbound renewable energy and MCS enquiries, contact customers by phone and email to qualify needs, provide product guidance, and re-engage stalled opportunities to drive conversions.

Provide face-to-face trade counter sales and service, give product advice, handle phone and email enquiries, make outbound calls to regain customers, identify sales opportunities, and complete administration including filing, cash handling and banking. Part-time, 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday with possible Saturday overtime.
