Maintain product and promotion knowledge while following telephony and office procedures. The role is full-time with hybrid working after probation and includes customer service training.

Part-time Sales Advisor responsible for building customer relationships at the trade counter and by phone, providing product advice, preparing quotations, identifying branch sales opportunities, and supporting smooth branch operations. The role requires a customer-focused, approachable attitude and teamwork. A full driving licence is desirable but not essential. The position is 20 hours per week, primarily mornings, at the Hunslett branch.

Provides sales and administrative support, answers supplier and customer inquiries, processes customer orders, and manages high volumes of invoices. This is a permanent part-time role working 15.5 hours per week in Gosport, Hampshire.
