Greet and engage all showroom visitors, provide refreshments, signpost customers, handle enquiries, take and qualify leads for the sales team, and ensure every client has an inspiring visit.

Perform warehouse duties (picking, packing, goods in/out, merchandising), serve customers at the trade counter, and handle customer calls/emails. Work full-time with occasional Saturday mornings and support relief delivery driving when required.

Receive and check deliveries, pick and pack heavy plumbing and heating items, serve customers at trade counter/phone/email, and drive a 3.5T van for local deliveries. Full-time role with weekend rota and physically demanding manual handling duties.
