Processes and monitors ACH files, wire transfers, account activity, and deposit transactions. Supports consumer and business digital banking services, including Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay. Researches transaction and account issues, resolves discrepancies, performs reconciliations, troubleshoots systems, and assists customers and branch staff. Maintains knowledge of deposit operations products, policies, procedures, and systems while delivering strong customer service.

Participate in a structured management development program focused on retail banking and branch delivery. Gain hands-on experience in branch operations, customer service, relationship building, business development, consumer lending, compliance, and leadership. Work alongside experienced banking professionals through rotations, mentoring, and on-the-job training to prepare for future branch leadership opportunities.

Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio by building client relationships, underwriting moderately complex loans, conducting credit reviews, advising business clients on financial strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored banking solutions. Spend significant time (≈60%) in the field driving business development.
