Lead a 4-person Quality team to maintain GMP and food safety standards, manage audits (BRCGS/customer codes), oversee non-conformances, hygiene, traceability, mass balance, customer complaints, and support shop-floor QA activities.

Manage day-to-day operations of a straw-based pig finishing unit: feeding, bedding, mucking out, handling, loading/unloading, general husbandry, welfare maintenance, supporting outdoor rearing during busy periods, operating farm machinery, and keeping a safe, clean workplace.

Perform hands-on supply chain tasks including tipping and unloading Dolav deliveries, managing stock and packaging stores, shunting trailers, yard maintenance (strimming, weed control), conducting regular stock takes, and coordinating trailer logistics. Role involves indoor and outdoor work with onsite training provided for shunter duties.
