Processes high-volume accounts payable invoices, purchase order receipts, and vendor payments; resolves discrepancies; reconciles credit cards, vendor accounts, and general ledger accounts; posts journal entries; supports accounts receivable, collections, tax reporting, compliance, and month-end close. Maintains accurate financial records, protects confidential data, and collaborates across departments and locations while meeting deadlines.

Prepares and revises 2D engineering drawings and 3D BIM models for piping, equipment, instrumentation, mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural applications. Uses Autodesk Revit and other CAD tools, updates redlines, maintains drawing standards, coordinates with engineering and manufacturing teams, supports documentation and plotting, and tests CAD/CAE software updates. The role requires organized execution, communication, multitasking, and occasional travel to industrial or commercial facilities.
