Coordinates multiple project teams by resolving subcontractor issues, tracking project progress, maintaining project databases, preparing reports, managing contracts and purchase orders, and compiling close-out documentation. Serves as the primary liaison among vendors, consultants, contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors. The role is fully onsite in Boca Raton, Florida, and requires strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills plus a bachelor’s degree.
