Supports product safety certifications, environmental and sustainability compliance, supplier documentation, audits, chemical safety records, intellectual property administration, contracts, dashboards, budgets, and customer sustainability requests. Coordinates with suppliers, auditors, facilities, production, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. Maintains regulatory and certification data related to ISO, BIFMA, LEED, PFAS, TSCA, REACH, RoHS, and Proposition 65 while contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives.

Manage assigned accounts and drive inbound/outbound sales through cold and warm calling, lead qualification, CRM updates, quoting, order processing, and customer support. Meet sales metrics, promote e-commerce, coordinate international shipping when needed, and participate in continuous improvement.
