Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers, endpoints, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware, backups, storage, and endpoint security tools. Monitor infrastructure health, manage patches and capacity, support production systems, perform incident remediation, maintain documentation, and lead infrastructure projects. Provide technical escalation support, on-site assistance across multiple facilities, disaster recovery support, and scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Administer and troubleshoot a multi-site enterprise network spanning switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, VPNs, VLANs, SD-WAN, and IP addressing. Maintain network documentation, security configurations, ISP and circuit relationships, and infrastructure standards. Support manufacturing and OT network segmentation, cybersecurity remediation, servers, VMware, backups, patching, authentication, disaster recovery, helpdesk escalations, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
