Bynder Benefits Overview

Leads a unified operations organization spanning Revenue Operations, Business Applications, and Customer Insights. Owns commercial planning, forecasting, pipeline, segmentation, compensation, GTM systems, Salesforce CPQ transformation, data governance, AI adoption, customer insight activation, and value creation. Builds scalable operating models, develops leadership talent, and partners with Finance and commercial executives to improve growth, retention, expansion, productivity, margin, and EBITDA performance.

Lead Bynder’s unified Revenue Operations, Business Applications, and Customer Insights organization. Partner with commercial and finance leadership on forecasting, pipeline, segmentation, compensation, retention, expansion, and growth execution. Oversee Salesforce CPQ and the broader GTM technology stack, data governance, AI transformation, platform migrations, and operational reporting. Build scalable operating models, develop senior leaders, and provide the rigor and insight needed to support growth, margin expansion, and value creation.

Supports Bynder’s Legal Team with contract repository management, customer contract auditing, Salesforce record maintenance, ticketing systems, legal research, NDA review, and general legal operations. The intern will collaborate with Business Applications, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success while gaining experience in commercial contract management and in-house legal administration.
