Supervises manufacturing operations to meet quality, cost, safety, production, and delivery goals. Plans and delegates work, trains and mentors employees, evaluates processes, resolves production issues, maintains supplies and documentation, and supports production tasks including CNC, cutting, drilling, assembly, custom orders, and repairs. The role also oversees safety compliance, employee performance, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
