Teams at By The Hand Club For Kids

Leads entrepreneurship programs for high school students across multiple Chicago sites, including hydroponic farming, nutrition, fresh food retail, and media initiatives. Develops curriculum, manages staff, creates project plans, establishes goals, monitors outcomes, and builds relationships with students, families, donors, community partners, and corporate organizations. The role also provides professional and spiritual discipleship while supervising three managers and supporting By The Hand’s Christian mission.

Oversee student enrollment, data collection, and enrollment records while coordinating vision, dental, transportation, and meal services at an after-school program site. Track attendance, recruitment, retention, and home and school visit metrics; support site leadership with procedures and reporting. The role also requires team leadership, Christian ministry participation, professional development, ServSafe certification, and occasional travel to organizational sites.

Oversee student enrollment, data collection, and enrollment packet completion while ensuring students receive vision and dental care. Manage site-specific transportation and meal needs, maintain student files, and support attendance, recruitment, retention, and home and school visit goals. Collaborate with operations and site leadership, uphold child protection and organizational policies, lead team devotionals, and participate in training and professional development.
