Oversee student enrollment, data collection, and enrollment records while coordinating vision, dental, transportation, and meal services at an after-school program site. Track attendance, recruitment, retention, and home and school visit metrics; support site leadership with procedures and reporting. The role also requires team leadership, Christian ministry participation, professional development, ServSafe certification, and occasional travel to organizational sites.

Oversee student enrollment, data collection, and enrollment packet completion while ensuring students receive vision and dental care. Manage site-specific transportation and meal needs, maintain student files, and support attendance, recruitment, retention, and home and school visit goals. Collaborate with operations and site leadership, uphold child protection and organizational policies, lead team devotionals, and participate in training and professional development.

Provide direct behavioral support and coaching to a cohort of students, implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and maintain behavioral data, de-escalate crises, collaborate with families, schools, and staff, and participate in training and supervision to promote students' social-emotional and spiritual development within an in-person after-school program.
