Leads daily logistics site operations across warehousing, inventory, distribution, and transportation coordination. Oversees safety, staffing, financial performance, client and vendor relationships, KPIs, asset management, and continuous improvement. Develops teams, SOPs, succession plans, and operational best practices while ensuring service quality, productivity, compliance, and cost control.

Oversee warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, import, export, and clerical functions. Supervise warehouse supervisors, ensure safety and compliance, monitor performance metrics, resolve operational and customer issues, optimize space utilization, manage staffing, and implement process improvements. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability, cross-training, and continuous improvement.

Conduct operational, inventory, compliance, safety, and freight billing audits across warehouse and transportation processes. Review SOP adherence, inventory accuracy, invoices, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, prepare audit reports, recommend corrective actions, and monitor resolutions. Collaborate with warehouse teams, assist with fulfillment and general warehouse duties, and work Monday through Friday on the second shift.
