Oversee food safety, quality, supplier assurance, regulatory compliance, audits, training, recalls, allergen data, labeling, complaints, and food safety systems across a retail estate. The role provides expert guidance to stores and internal teams, manages service providers and external stakeholders, communicates legislative updates, and leads food safety improvement projects.
