Lead group procurement strategy for indirect spend, deliver annual savings, run sourcing and supplier negotiations, improve supplier performance, enforce governance and contract management, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and develop the procurement team to realise P&L benefits.

Perform stock replenishment, merchandising and order assembly; handle customer queries professionally; follow food safety, health & safety and security procedures; maintain housekeeping; work in ambient, chill and freezer areas, both independently and as part of a team.

Receive, check and replenish chilled and frozen deliveries; manage stock, returns and damaged/out-of-date products; maintain paperwork and HACCP/health & safety compliance; operate in ambient, chilled and frozen environments; assist customers and keep areas clean.
