Supports commercial real estate mortgage originators by analyzing loan opportunities, evaluating financing alternatives, screening and structuring transactions, preparing lender submissions, reviewing borrower materials and comparable properties, conducting market research, maintaining industry contacts, and assisting with lead generation. The role requires commercial real estate or finance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Excel and modeling proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines independently.

Support mortgage bankers in originating commercial real estate loans by performing preliminary screening, underwriting analysis, loan structuring, preparing loan packages and lender submissions, market and comparable property research, maintaining contact databases, and assisting lead generation using third-party data sources.

Monitor and manage insurance exception and expiration reports, ensure data integrity, support lender and internal compliance audits, manage an insurance portfolio, and act as an insurance subject-matter expert partnering with asset, escrow, and closing teams.
