Owns the software delivery lifecycle for custom applications, AI agents, integrations, and internal tooling. Builds CI/CD pipelines, manages environments and infrastructure as code, establishes Git standards, automates Azure deployments, and implements security, observability, rollback, and audit controls. Supports AI and Data teams in productionizing applications, integrates platforms through APIs and event-driven automation, and serves as Tier 3 escalation for deployment tooling and environments.

Owns market, pricing, transaction, and historical data; researches fixed-income, Agency CMBS, macroeconomic, and commercial real estate markets; supports loan pricing and rate-lock execution; develops commentary and presentations; improves workflows through Excel, automation, and AI tools; and builds relationships with investors, Agencies, broker-dealers, and internal stakeholders.

Supports employee engagement initiatives, events, onboarding, orientation, feedback surveys, recruiting efforts, internal communications, culture-building programs, and HR documentation. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams while assisting with administrative tasks and project coordination. The internship provides exposure to HR best practices, employee experience, and the commercial mortgage banking industry.
