Support the Asset Manager by identifying and mitigating credit, financial, operational, physical, and market risks across a servicing portfolio. Perform asset surveillance, review inspections and draw requests, monitor borrower post-closing obligations, spread property financials, manage borrower communications, coordinate inspections/vendors, and maintain internal tracking systems.

Manage escrow administration for a commercial real estate loan portfolio: monitor and pay taxes and insurance, coordinate with vendors and asset managers, perform escrow analyses, ensure report and data integrity, process disbursements and online payments, and support senior escrow managers with QC and document collection.

Monitor and manage insurance exception and expiration reports, ensure data integrity, support lender and internal compliance audits, manage an insurance portfolio, and act as an insurance subject-matter expert partnering with asset, escrow, and closing teams.
