Create digital, print, motion, and video content that communicates BVN’s projects, culture, and ideas. Develop campaign concepts, maintain visual identity guidelines, support project and business development materials, and provide design guidance across global studios. The role also improves design workflows, templates, and reusable resources while exploring AI-assisted tools and automation.

Contributes to architectural projects across initiation, design development, documentation, and delivery. Produces architectural concepts, drawings, models, and specifications using BIM and CAD tools, while collaborating with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and clients. Supports project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, develops technical and project management skills, and participates in ongoing learning toward professional registration.

Coordinates bids, submissions, and marketing materials across studios, collaborating with leadership, project teams, and external consultants. Maintains opportunity pipelines, project and contact databases, and registers of upcoming deadlines. Supports the development of compelling written and visual communications that present the organization’s design intent, portfolio, and capabilities. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, adaptability, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
