Manage BuzzFeed advertising accounts from proposal development through campaign execution, performance reporting, billing support, and renewals. Partner with sales, creative, production, distribution, and advertising operations teams to develop client solutions, create media plans, manage insertion orders, coordinate schedules, present campaign results, and identify upsell opportunities. Serve as the primary client contact while applying industry insights, data, and storytelling to achieve client goals.

Oversee media asset storage, migration, archiving, retrieval, production drives, DIT kits, and shared storage users. Manage Iconik, Qumulo, and Frame.io workflows; coordinate international data transfers and backups; troubleshoot user issues; forecast hardware purchases; and document workflows. The role also supports scripting automation, API integrations, video standards, network protocols, and post-production storage environments.

Edit user-generated content to meet editorial standards, provide feedback and coaching to creators, manage Discord community engagement, moderate content and comments, curate high-potential posts, and use traffic and engagement data to guide editorial decisions. Collaborate with audience and editorial teams on creator initiatives, publishing strategy, onboarding, education, and special projects.
