Support sourcing and purchasing for elevator manufacturing: manage PRs/POs in ERP, qualify and onboard suppliers, monitor deliveries, resolve shortages and quality issues, negotiate costs and terms, perform should-cost analysis, and collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, and manufacturing to support production and new product programs.

Administer and maintain enterprise IT systems (Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, cloud), enforce security and CJIS compliance, manage backups and DR testing, enhance monitoring, provide Tier 3 support, lead upgrades/migrations, document systems, and transfer knowledge to internal staff.

Lead ownership of the Workato enterprise automation platform: design, develop, govern, and maintain integrations and custom connectors. Manage Dev/Test/Prod environments, optimize recipes, enforce standards, troubleshoot failures, support testing and deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver prioritized automation solutions and documentation.
