Own global payroll processing through Rippling, including audits, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, documentation, and compliance support. Administer employee benefits, enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and vendor coordination. Support employee lifecycle processes, HR records, reporting, leave administration, recruiting coordination, and onboarding. Provide responsive employee support while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to recurring deadlines.

Design, build, and evolve Audiense's internal SRE platform and tooling to reduce other teams' cognitive load. Automate maintenance (KTLO), operate containerised workloads (ECS and Kubernetes/EKS), manage cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform), improve reliability, observability, performance and cost-efficiency, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering while contributing to SOC2 compliance and mentoring others.

Support pre-sales discovery, technical scoping, demos, tracking audits, and proof-of-concept implementations for Elevar’s conversion tracking platform. Troubleshoot integrations and data-quality issues involving analytics, APIs, webhooks, and advertising platforms. Partner with Sales, Partnerships, agencies, and customers; document requirements, integration guidance, and best practices; support handoffs to implementation teams; and provide feedback to product leadership.

Lead and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition programs (Google/Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, programmatic) to drive MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and revenue. Own campaign setup, budgets, bidding, audience segmentation and retargeting. Build dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce), ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution, run A/B tests, and collaborate cross-functionally with demand gen, product marketing, creative, analytics, RevOps and sales.

Support day-to-day accounts receivable, collections, billing, tax compliance, reconciliations, and customer billing support across Audiense entities. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and external advisors; prepare AR reports, bad debt schedules, sales tax/VAT support, month-end close tasks, and audit responses. Maintain AR systems and recommend process improvements.
