Builds and manages distributed QA and DevOps teams while establishing quality gates, compliance processes, security practices, incident response, and operational standards for regulated medical-device software.

Leads and grows a distributed full stack engineering team building Butterfly’s enterprise clinical workflows platform. Sets technical strategy and architecture, owns roadmap execution, develops engineering talent, improves development and incident-response processes, and partners with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Compliance. The role emphasizes scalable cloud systems, operational excellence, observability, security, and HIPAA/PHI compliance while delivering reliable healthcare software.
