Support corporate FP&A by building financial models, producing monthly/quarterly management reports, managing budgeting and forecasting, performing variance and driver analysis, partnering with Sales/Commercial teams, and delivering ad hoc strategic analyses to inform senior management and CFO.

The Staff Digital ASIC Designer will design, implement, and verify digital signal processing and system-on-a-chip logic, integrating embedded processors and developing efficient on-chip data paths.

Leads international commercial growth across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and other markets. Owns direct and distributor sales strategy, including partner selection, negotiation, onboarding, launch, sell-through, forecasting, training, performance management, and optimization. Oversees direct operations in the UK and Germany, determines market-entry models, builds the international sales organization, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive sustainable revenue growth. Requires extensive international medical device, SaaS, channel leadership, executive communication, and team development experience.
