Build Butter’s media arm from scratch by developing content formats, workflows, publishing cadence, and production systems. Create and direct short-form videos, test hooks and platforms, manage freelance editors, motion designers, and writers, collaborate with creators and influencers, and turn product launches, tutorials, and partnerships into engaging content. Own audience growth, performance measurement, and scalable production operations while working closely with the CEO.

Own Butter’s product-led growth engine, improving activation, time to value, retention, monetization, onboarding, and in-product sharing loops. Define aha moments, identify workflow friction, run weekly experiments, analyze cohorts, model LTV, establish CAC guardrails, and build a data-driven growth roadmap. Partner closely with Design and Engineering while establishing growth processes and eventually building the product growth team.
