Represent clients in commercial litigation by contributing to litigation strategy, preparing for trial, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and researching complex legal issues. The role requires a Juris Doctor, Tennessee bar licensure in good standing, law-firm litigation experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to investigate and analyze complex matters.

Coordinates digital marketing activities for a law firm, including website content, social media publishing, email campaigns, CRM data maintenance, performance reporting, presentations, publications, and event promotion. Collaborates with attorneys and marketing stakeholders to maintain accurate, timely, brand-consistent materials and manage concurrent projects and deadlines.

Manage complex litigation caseloads, discovery, pleadings, deadlines, court filings, and large document productions. Lead trial preparation by organizing exhibits, trial notebooks, logistics, cite-checking, and courtroom support. Analyze medical records, depositions, and discovery; conduct legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis; and coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, opposing counsel, and trial teams.
